They are responsible for coordinating orientation, delivering training, and facilitating ongoing education, ensuring all programs are evidence-based. They also support policy development and promote external learning opportunities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to align practices with best guidelines. Their role is essential in maintaining high standards of clinical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
