Vanderbilt Health seeks an experienced Nurse Educator to develop and lead neonatal/pediatric educational initiatives, orientation programs, and continuing education for staff. You will guide clinical training, evaluate outcomes, and drive adoption of best practice standards across nursing teams.

In this role you will collaborate with hospital committees, mentor staff, and support research and educational activities aligned with Vanderbilt’s mission and standards of care.
