Job summary

Qualifications
- Masters degree in Nursing.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
- Oncology nursing experience required
- Nurse Educator experience preferred
- Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) preferred
- National Certification via the ANCC in any of the following (RNC, CCRN, PCCN)
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing clinical assessment of patients and implement care plans.
- Educate patients, families and staff on care strategies and best practices.
- Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
- Engage in research and quality improvement to promote safety and excellence.
