Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in nursing (BSN or MSN).
• RN Massachusetts license required.
• At least three years of clinical experience in the specialty area.
• Experience in education, staff development, or clinical instruction.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development or a related specialty within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supports clinical competency validation and performance tracking.
• Teach clinical classes and hands-on training sessions.
• Delivers specialty education content and administers education programs.
• Support hybrid competency and skills fairs across assigned sites.
• Performance tracking and reporting.
• Monitor and track completion of Competency-Based Objectives (CBOs).
• Maintain documentation and provide timely reports to leadership.
• Implement system-wide education initiatives at site level.
• Collaborate with the clinical education team for consistency across facilities.
• Liaise between site leadership and central education team.
• Travel between facilities to provide support.
• Mentor other professionals.
