Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse, upon hire
- Master of Science in Nursing, Education, Leadership or other health related field, upon hire or enrolled in accredited program at time of hire
- Experience in evaluating nursing competency
- Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based educational programs, orientations, and continuing education
- Facilitate professional growth, skill development, and competency of staff to support mission, vision, values, and goals
