Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Assistant Dean of Nursing to provide strategic and operational leadership for our nursing program, collaborating with academic leadership to ensure curriculum quality, accreditation readiness, and student success while advancing faculty development and program growth.

Qualifications

• MSN required and RN license in Idaho.
• BLS certification required.
• Proven experience in nursing education or academic administration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership in nursing courses across classroom and clinical settings.
• Oversee curriculum quality, standardized syllabi, and learning resources.
• Mentor and develop nursing faculty, manage onboarding and professional growth.
• Support student success initiatives, retention, and program outcomes.
• Coordinate program operations, clinical placements, and accreditation readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
