Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing (or completion within 6 months) required.
• Current Washington RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years management experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of related nursing experience required.

• Develop and drive clinical education programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
• Advise clinic leadership on nursing practices, staff development, and scope of practice.
• Support quality of care initiatives through staff training and development.
