Job summary
Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington is seeking a Manager of Nursing Practice and Clinical Education who will design and drive educational programs to strengthen clinical competency across a diverse team of nurses, medical assistants, and allied health caregivers. The role sits at Providence and partners with clinic leadership to advance nursing practice.
You will lead staff development, advise physicians and practice managers on scope of practice, and help ensure high-quality patient
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of Master’s program within 6 months of hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 2 years of management experience.
- 5 years of experience in related nursing field.
Responsibilities
- Design and drive educational programs strengthening clinical competency across nurses, medical assistants, and allied health staff.
- Advise clinic leadership on nursing roles, procedures, staff development, and scope of practice.
- Shape quality of care delivered across our clinics.
