Job summary

Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington is seeking a Nurse Manager of Nursing Practice and Clinical Education to design and lead educational programs that strengthen clinical competency across RNs, MAs, and allied health staff.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to clinic leadership, guiding nursing roles, procedures and scope of practice, and you will shape the quality of care delivered across Providence clinics while fostering professional growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of Master's program within 6 months of hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related nursing field.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive educational programs to strengthen clinical competency.
• Advise clinic leadership on nursing roles, procedures, and scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and practice managers to influence care quality.
• Support growth of caregivers across RNs, MAs and allied health.
