Jersey College seeks an Associate Dean of Nursing to support the Dean of Nursing in leading the program and ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive student environment.

You will work with students, faculty, and campus leadership to promote retention, academic progression, and NCLEX readiness, while developing and implementing student success initiatives and academic support services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education or academic leadership.
• Strong student service and mentorship skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to track student outcomes and maintain accurate records.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Mentor nursing students throughout their academic journey.
• Support retention, graduation outcomes, and NCLEX preparation.
• Coordinate tutoring, academic support services, and counseling resources.
• Oversee end-of-term student advising and revised academic schedules.
• Foster an environment that supports student and faculty growth.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus leadership to implement student success initiatives.
