Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in nursing.
- Current license in state as a registered professional nurse.
- 2+ years of working experience in education.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain and report on student information and progress.
Responsibilities
- Faculty oversight and supervision of nursing faculty.
- Curriculum implementation and alignment with program outcomes.
- Manage staffing, onboarding, and faculty development.
- Oversee fiscal and academic administration of nursing programs when applicable.
- Lead development and assessment of program philosophy and course objectives.
- Oversee clinical activities and exams/standardized testing.
- Coordinate faculty workload and schedules; participate in weekly management meetings.
