Qualifications

• BSN required; RN license in applicable state.
• Master's in Nursing, Education or related field preferred.
• ACLS/PALS or other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate education across the continuum of care.
• Onboard new hires and manage competency programs.
• Provide coaching and develop preceptors to support professional development.
• Align education with regulatory standards and system priorities.
• Promote evidence-based practice and measure impact on outcomes.
