Diversity Group is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Educator to lead staff education and optimize clinical learning. The role requires delivering evidence-based instruction, assessing learner needs, and coordinating ongoing training across units.

The educator will apply instructional design principles, implement simulation and Redi program trainings, and ensure compliance with policy while supporting nurse residency initiatives and professional development.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved nursing school with active license in the US.
• English proficiency for direct patient care and teaching.
• Experience in nursing education and staff development.
• Licensure/certification in BLS/CPR and education-related training.
• Ability to develop and implement learner-centered curricula.

Mansioni

• Provide and supervise education for staff using innovative teaching strategies.
• Coordinate education focused on staff development and patient care outcomes.
• Follow policies, guidelines and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Deliver and evaluate learning plans; support orientation and progression.
• Serve as trainer for Resuscitation Education Initiative (Redi) including BLS instructor certification.
• Monitor BLS/ALS compliance and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Organize and evaluate mock codes; support nurse residency program curricula.
• Share responsibility for educational program effectiveness and documentation.
