Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field within 3–5 years.
• 3+ years hospital clinical experience.
• BLS certification (or BCLS) within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Instruct nursing staff at all levels.
• Foster effective relationships across departments.
• Develop and promote evidence-based practice and educational processes.
• Lead and support task forces promoting Nursing Department goals.
• Apply adult learning principles to design and evaluate educational programs.
