Job summary

River Valley Community College seeks an Associate Professor of Nursing at the Keene Campus, with occasional travel to Claremont. You will educate students in the Associate Degree Nursing Program and contribute to departmental activities aligned with the college mission.

The position requires a Master’s in Nursing, a NH RN license, and five years of nursing education or related experience. Travel and collaboration with the Nursing Department are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Twelve (12) graduate credits in Education if a Master’s in Education is held;Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Teaches an assigned academic course schedule in classroom, laboratory, and/or clinic settings.
• Develops instructional materials aligned with course content that promote critical thinking.
• Maintains records of student progress and assists students with learning needs.
• Collaborates with faculty to develop credit and non-credit programs and courses.
