• Design curricula that are dynamic and flexible to meet diverse student populations.
• Utilize teaching strategies that are evidence-based.
• Provide timely written feedback on students’ performance.
• Maintain professional, legal and ethical standards for nursing.
• Create learning opportunities to develop critical thinking and clinical judgment.
• Serve as a role model of professional nursing for students and colleagues.
• Maintain professional affiliations.
• Foster a positive learning environment for students.
• Align curriculum with the university and department mission and goals.
• Revise curriculum based on data outcomes.
• Attend university functions as outlined in the faculty contract.
• Participate on assigned university and DON committees.
• Perform related duties as required.
