Qualifications

• MSN is required to teach in our degree program.
• BSN may be acceptable for the PN program.
• Current, active, unencumbered Ohio RN license (or multistate).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teaching and classroom management skills.
• Ability to carry out classroom, clinical, and lab teaching.
• Competence in clinical teaching skills.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email.
• Successful background check, drug screen, immunizations, CPR, and HIPAA certifications.
• Annual documentation of continuing professional growth at employee’s expense.
