Qualifications

• MSN required to teach in the associate degree program; BSN may be acceptable to teach in the practical nursing program or as a clinical instructor.
• Current, active, unencumbered RN license in Ohio or multi-state privilege to practice in Ohio.
• Previous higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills.
• Excellent teaching and classroom management skills; ability to carry out classroom, clinical, and laboratory teaching responsibilities.
• CPR and HIPAA certifications, immunizations, required.
• Annual documentation of continuing professional growth at the employee's expense.
