College of Southern Idaho seeks a Registered Nursing Instructor to guide theory, lab, simulation, and clinical instruction. You will develop course materials, assess student performance, and support program accreditation while collaborating with fellow faculty.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in nursing or a BSN with a plan to obtain a master’s within three years, plus an Idaho RN license. This full-time role emphasizes ongoing program improvement and student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s in nursing preferred; a BSN with commitment to obtain a master’s within 3 years.
• Current and unencumbered Idaho RN license to practice.
• Emotional and physical health to participate in theory, lab, and clinical.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to CSI policies and procedures.
• Teaches theory, lab, simulation, and clinical as applicable.
• Create course materials and deliver instruction using best practices in nursing education.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain confidential records.
• Remediate students as needed.
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure program quality and accreditation requirements.
• Attend and participate in program, department, and College meetings.
• Participate in annual self and peer evaluation and professional development.

Formation

Master’s in nursing preferred

Current Idaho RN license
