Job summary

College of Southern Idaho seeks a Registered Nursing Instructor to facilitate learning, assess learner development, and contribute to curriculum design and program outcomes. Must pursue continuous quality improvements and engage in scholarly activity within the nurse educator role.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in nursing preferred, with a BSN and plan to obtain master's within 3 years, plus an Idaho RN license.

Qualifications

• Master's in nursing preferred.
• BSN with commitment to obtain master’s in nursing within 3 years.
• Current Idaho RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to CSI policies and procedures.
• Deliver instruction across theory, lab, simulation, and clinical.
• Create course materials and use best practices in nursing education.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain records.
• Collaborate with faculty to meet accreditation requirements.
• Participate in program assessment and committee work.
• Ensure ASNP and Idaho Board of Nursing compliance.
