Job summary

LC State invites applications for two Assistant Professor positions in nursing, a 9-month and an 11-month tenure-track role in Lewiston, Idaho. Salary ranges are $63,000–$66,000 for 9-month and $77,000–$80,667 for 11-month appointments, with pay spread over 12 months.

A Master's degree in Nursing is required; Idaho RN license or eligibility, CPR certification, and current clinical nursing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from regionally accredited college
• Active, unencumbered Idaho RN license or eligible
• Current healthcare provider CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Teach face-to-face didactic and clinical nursing courses for pre-licensure BSN students
• Teach online coursework for RN-BSN and graduate programs
• Participate in curriculum design, implementation, evaluation and revision
• Provide academic advising, scholarship and service activities
• Support recruitment and retention of students
