Qualifications

• MSN required; BSN with progress toward graduate degree considered.
• Current Georgia RN license or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach didactic, laboratory, simulation, and clinical nursing courses.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate course content and activities.
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback.
• Advise and mentor students on academic progress and licensure.
• Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to support learning.
• Maintain office hours and participate in recruitment and retention efforts.
• Serve on committees as assigned.
• Maintain current RN licensure and required certifications.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current in practice and teaching.
