Qualifications

• Graduate degree in nursing or related field (BSN required if graduate degree non-nursing).
• Two years of clinical RN experience providing direct patient care.
• Evidence of teaching and clinical practice or systems leadership experience.
• Active Arizona RN License before first day of employment.
• Must obtain Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card from AZDPS.

Responsibilities

• Teach and guide students in theoretical and clinical practice courses within assigned program.
• Mentor students to support academic success and professional growth.
• Create and maintain a positive, nursing values–driven learning environment.
• Evaluate student performance and contribute to curriculum development.
• Engage in program planning and assessment through faculty governance and CQI.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and clinical partners to strengthen academic-practice relationships.
• Ensure compliance with program, college, and clinical site policies.
