Job summary

The University of Arizona in Tucson invites applications for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Principal Lecturer OR Assistant/Associate/Full Clinical Professor (FT) in the College of Nursing’s traditional BSN program to shape the future of nursing education. This career-track appointment is not eligible for tenure and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in nursing or related field; BSN required if degree is non-nursing.
Active Arizona RN license prior to start.
Two years RN clinical experience.
Evidence of teaching and clinical practice or systems leadership experience.
Eligibility for Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

Teach theoretical and clinical practice courses.
Mentor students and support academic success.
Evaluate student performance and contribute to curriculum.
Participate in program planning and governance.
Collaborate with faculty and clinical partners.
Engage in scholarship and publications.
Perform service with faculty and students.
