Qualifications

• RN license in GA in good standing.
• Two years of RN experience.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of education and training programs for staff.
• Administer staff development programs through needs assessment and training implementation.
• Serve as a clinical expert and role model in nursing knowledge and practice.
• Develop and maintain unit-specific quality, accreditation and competency programs.
• Instruct staff on data collection and assist with clinical guidelines.
• Act as a resource to hospital staff and departments.
