Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current Washington State RN license.
• NPD-BC certification and specialty certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Three years in nursing education, staff development, or clinical training.
• Three years of nursing leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for nursing education programs and student programming.
• Align education with organizational goals and clinical practice.
• Promote lifelong learning, clinical excellence, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state standards.
• Maintain competency readiness for accreditation and surveys.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives integrating education and practice changes.
• Develop and manage budgets for operations and education programs.
• Monitor labor productivity and education costs; optimize resources.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or staff development.
• Collaborate with academic institutions and external partners.
