Job summary

Cornerstone University’s School of Health, Science, and Technology seeks a Clinical Coordinator for the Nursing Program at the Grand Rapids Campus. The 9/10 month faculty appointment will coordinate clinical education, develop partnerships, and teach within the nursing curriculum beginning January 2027.

The role requires a master’s degree in nursing, an active Michigan RN license, and strong coordination and teaching abilities. Ability to travel regionally and work summer sessions is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required.
• Unencumbered RN license in Michigan required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating, supervising, or precepting nursing students or new nurses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all undergraduate nursing clinical placements and practicum experiences.
• Serve as liaison with clinical agencies, site coordinators, and preceptors; travel may be required.
• Ensure affiliation agreements and clinical contracts are current and compliant.
