Job summary

Orbis Education seeks a Clinical Faculty Coordinator to oversee nursing clinical relationships in the Greater Seattle area and collaborate with PLU and program leadership. You will build and sustain partnerships, align clinical experiences with course outcomes, and support students and staff in practical settings.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and teaching skills, plus a WA RN license and a graduate nursing degree.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing preferred; BSN required.
• Unencumbered WA RN license.
• Experience as a preceptor/clinical instructor or teaching in a classroom/lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain clinical partnerships in the Greater Seattle area.
• Coordinate clinical experiences with faculty and program outcomes.
• Serve as first point of contact for clinical site personnel issues affecting staff and students.
• Prepare and oversee clinical schedule with PLU and Orbis leadership.
