Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care including medication administration and wound care.
• Foster open communication and teamwork among staff, physicians, and other professionals.
• Collaborate with Radiology, Rehabilitation, and Social Services.
• Recruit, retain, and develop nursing staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
