Job summary

Heritage Woods of Manteno is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional resident care. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating care plans based on assessments, and ensuring compliance with infection control and medication management programs.

The ideal candidate will hold an LPN license (RN preferred), demonstrate strong leadership, and show empathy and dignity in every resident interaction.

Qualifications

• Maintains current state nursing licensure (LPN required, RN preferred).
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial assessments and develops resident care plans.
• Oversees clinical team and schedules staffing for quality care.
• Coordinates infection control and medication management; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Maintains confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Engages with physicians, families, and care providers to deliver compassionate care.
