Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and good standing LPN license for the State of Illinois.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer literacy.
