Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Missouri.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably as a Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of nursing staff to ensure exceptional care and service to residents.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
