Aspire Senior Living is seeking an experienced RN to join as Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) on a full-time basis. The role focuses on overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and regulatory compliance. A generous sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other leaders to support staff, improve patient outcomes, and foster a positive work environment within the facility.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing nursing services.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff for growth and high morale.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care quality and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct rounds to assess patient conditions and nursing interventions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and surveys preparation.
• Develop training programs to enhance staff competencies.
• Facilitate continuing education and professional development for nursing staff.
• Act as liaison between nursing staff, physicians, patients and families for clear communication.
• Collaborate with other departments to support interdisciplinary care planning.

Aspire Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our leadership team. As the Assistant Director of Nursing (RN), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily clinical operations of our facility, ensuring the highest quality of patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards.

The Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) collaborates closely with the Director of Nursing and other key staff to foster a positive work environment, support nursing staff, and enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing nursing services.
