Full Spectrum Search Group seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) for a 132-bed skilled nursing facility in Williamsburg, Virginia. You will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a strong clinical team toward exceptional resident care and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Previous Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations
• Experience leading clinical teams and improving outcomes
• Ability to coach, mentor, and build culture
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services within the facility
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness
• Partner with Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership to meet clinical goals
• Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline staff
• Promote employee engagement and collaborative team culture
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance metrics
• Support admissions and resident care planning while maintaining high resident care standards
