Position Summary

The Director of Nursing will oversee all clinical operations within a 132-bed skilled nursing facility with a budgeted census of approximately 122 residents. This individual will provide leadership to the nursing department, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain quality standards, and foster a collaborative culture across the clinical team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Director of Nursing who enjoys coaching teams, building accountability, and creating a positive work environment while delivering exceptional resident care.

• Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
