Job summary

Northeast Arc in Danvers, MA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to lead the Nursing Department for the Residential Division. You will supervise nurses, provide direct case management as needed, and collaborate with division leadership to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include designing care systems, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with MAP and relevant laws. Strong IT skills and a valid MA driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• RN license required in MA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience incl. elderly/disabled care.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Extensive MAP knowledge and training development experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge and compliance with laws/regulations.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of healthcare services for individuals in Residential Division.
• Supervise Nursing staff and ensure competency and adherence to procedures.
• Oversee nursing department activities and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with division leadership to address staff and service needs.
