Northeast Arc is seeking a Division Director, Clinical Services (RN) in Danvers, MA. This senior role oversees day-to-day clinical operations to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care and regulatory compliance across the division.

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will build and lead a high‑performing team, develop policies, manage budgets and contracts, and partner with executive leadership to advance clinical services and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in MA required.
• 8–10 years of professional clinical home health leadership experience.
• Experience in program design and budget development.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, EHR, and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Home Health Agency Administrator overseeing day-to-day clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and other standards.
• Lead policy development and improve clinical quality and operational effectiveness.
• Supervise Clinical Managers and Schedulers; foster high performance.
• Oversee program design and budget development; negotiate with partners.
