Tenet Healthcare seeks a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) level leader to provide guidance and oversight for nursing and designated patient care services across the hospital network. The role supports the senior CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe patient care while managing clinical staff competency and resources.

The candidate must hold an active RN license, with a BSN and 2 years of progressive hospital leadership experience; a MSN is preferred.

Formación

• Active and current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and support to nursing and patient care across units.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice.
