Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey seeks a Nursing Director for Patient Care to lead care delivery across Medical Center units. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, you will shape the nursing practice, implement the strategic plan, and drive quality and safety outcomes while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
The role requires an MSN/DNP or higher, 5+ years of progressive nursing leadership, strong financial management, and excellent communication.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and a master's degree or higher in a related field.
- Progressive leadership experience in nursing or healthcare leadership.
- Strong financial management, delegation and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, and calm decision making in emergencies.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and drive consensus.
- Proven writing, public speaking and presentation skills.
