Insight is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to provide clinical and administrative leadership for nursing services within the Opioid Treatment Program in Winston-Salem, NC. The role oversees nursing operations, medication safety, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with medical, counseling, pharmacy, and administrative teams to ensure high-quality client care.

Qualifications

Active NC RN license.
Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher.
3–5 years nursing experience; OTP or behavioral health experience preferred.
Prior supervisory or management experience.
Knowledge of nursing standards, medication safety, and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision to nursing staff and medication staff.
Oversee nursing services for OTP clients and coordinate medical care.
Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing and dosing processes.
Monitor nursing licenses, certifications, training records, and compliance.
Collaborate with Medical Director and program leadership to support integrated client care.
