Job summary

BriteLife Recovery is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee nursing services, promote a safe therapeutic environment, and lead the nursing team in our behavioral health facility. This role requires NY RN licensure, strong leadership, and coordination with the executive director to ensure quality care.

The successful candidate will manage staffing plans, policy development, and documentation, while promoting professional development and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York in good standing.
• At least 1 year full-time management experience in a licensed addiction treatment facility or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight of the facility's nursing services and supervise nursing staff as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain written objectives, policies and procedures related to nursing services; participate in budgeting and quality assurance.
