Our client is seeking an experienced Nursing Director to lead our Med-Surg/Telemetry unit. This role is responsible for the clinical, operational, and financial performance of the department, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and supporting organizational goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide leadership and direction for the Med-Surg/Telemetry unit

• Support and mentor nursing leaders using Evidence-Based Leadership practices

What We’re Looking For:

• RN license in Texas
• Bachelor’s in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of progressive acute care leadership experience
• Strong background in Med-Surg/Telemetry preferred
