Genesis HealthCare in Laureldale, PA, is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee day-to-day operations in long-term care. The role emphasizes top-of-license practice, collaboration, and exceptional patient experiences.

You will provide servant leadership, ensure regulatory compliance (MDS, state/federal), and coordinate clinical teams. On-call availability is required; BSN preferred and RN license required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Knowledge of MDS process, state nurse practice act, and state/federal regulations.
• On-call availability is required.
