Genesis Administrative Services LLC seeks a RN Nurse Leader to oversee day-to-day operations in a long-term care setting in Carlisle, PA. Lead clinical and staff excellence, ensure top-tier patient care, and maintain compliance with MDS processes and regulations.

This full-time role requires leadership experience in long-term care, on-call availability, and a commitment to a patient-centered, cost-efficient care environment. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• MDS process knowledge and state/federal regulations awareness.
• On-call availability required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and patient/customer experience excellence.
• Provide service and servant leadership, direction, and administration of day-to-day patient care operations.
• Promote an environment focused on top of license practice and collaboration.
• Communicate a shared vision for clinical excellence; ensure the realization of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare.
• Foster continuous improvement of nursing services and staff to meet patients/residents and their families' needs and expectations.
