Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team of nurse managers, floor nurses, and CNAs, delivering premium resident care and serving as advocate for patients. You will communicate with families, supervise staffing and training, and ensure nursing standards are followed.

The role requires Michigan RN licensure, CPR certification, and 3–5 years in long-term care with 2+ years in administration.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Michigan with CPR certification.
• 3–5 years in long-term care, including 2+ years in an administrative role.
• Clinical knowledge of long-term care nursing and resident care management.
• Excellent customer service and leadership during daily interactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the clinical team of nurse managers, floor nurses, and CNAs.
• Advocate for patients, communicate with families, and coordinate care.
• Supervise nursing staff assignments, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure nursing standards and maintain required department records.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to resolve operational issues.
• Schedule staff meetings to ensure care planning continuity.
