Apploi in New Jersey is seeking a highly experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our Skilled Nursing Facility's nursing team in Jackson Township. You will shape the department's vision, drive clinical excellence, and ensure high-quality patient care through effective staffing, training, and policy implementation.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in senior healthcare leadership, strong leadership, and advanced nursing practice knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in senior leadership or management in healthcare.
