A well-established skilled nursing facility in New Jersey is looking for its next Director of Nursing (DON). They're looking for a Director of Nursing who can walk in, take ownership of the clinical operation, and lead from the floor — not from behind a desk.

Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting is required for this Director of Nursing role.
