Job summary

HHN Healthcare seeks a Director of Nurses to oversee home health patient care and ensure quality, staffing efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Administrator and supervises all clinical staff.

Qualifications include Texas RN licensure, a nursing degree, and at least 1 year of recent RN experience; management experience preferred. Travel and flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience within last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates clinical departments and branches; ensures continuity, quality, and safety of services per regulations.
• Participates in development of qualifications and assignment of agency personnel.
• Ensures reassessment of patient needs when health status changes or after discharge.
• Monitors staffing patterns and work requirements.
• Supervises subordinates to ensure plan of care is executed as written.
• Monitors QAPI program and corrective actions.
