• Developing, reviewing, and revising nursing and clinical policies.
• Conducting employee performance evaluations and disciplinary situations to ensure quality care of residents.
• Leading in the recruitment of qualified staff by conducting interviews.
• Making independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Focusing on customer service and collaboration with other departments to develop, support, and coordinate patient care and related functions.
• Promoting an atmosphere of respect, professional growth, and encouragement for all nursing staff and assuring regulatory standards and company goals are met or exceeded.
