Job summary

Qualifications

• One year experience in substance use treatment preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing and medical support staff (interviews, onboarding, training, retention, scheduling, shift coverage, HR needs, performance reviews)
• Maintain medical workflow and review protocols
• Ensure quality medical documentation and charting standards
• Coordinate client care between medical and clinical departments, UR team, external providers, and pharmacies
• Oversee medication inventory, logs, authorizations, lab shipments and reports, and medical supplies/equipment
• Ensure seamless care coordination and patient safety
